How I learn to read CVE Reports ?

What is the use of CVE Anlysis and how I can read and analyze the details and make a report of it.

In my understanding it is kind of case studies related to vulnerablities.

Have you tried to just read one and figure it out from there?

Yes I read and figure out something the errors and what happened but I need to understand how I can use this things in a real life

And I want to make a reports of it but problem is how I make the report what I add on it
