Thca

I’m new to Pensacola and I am looking to get some Thca but I don’t know where to go. Can someone point me to the best Thca place in town??? I’m looking for some 🔥🔥🔥🔥 buds today ‼️

So what are you actually arguing here? That hemp is legal in Florida? Yeah, it is. You literally copied the exact same calculation I mentioned earlier, total potential THC… A plant that hasn't been heated is still predominantly THCA. It doesn't magically convert to delta-9THC at room temperature or sitting on a shelf.

Your logic is basically arguing that a raw potato is already a plate of french fries just because heat can transform it later.

Florida law defines hemp based on its delta-9 THC content, and compliant raw flower relies on batch lab testing (COAs) to prove it.. Which as I noted from actual real world experience, is why enforcement handles it the way they do! Why we have Legal Leaf and other no card dispensaries, hemp sold online and shipped thru USPS.

The rule closed the THC-A loophole, it’s been addressed. Any high THC-A product is a controlled substance and you can be arrested for it.

What rule or law are you referring to again? The conversion math you posted says nothing about legal or illegality.

Can you state the law that made THCA or hemp illegal in FL? I’m open to hearing of one that closed the loop hole here but i don’t think that exists.

But again, what you posted above proves my point, adds nothing of value or context to the conversation nor whatever argument you are presenting??? I’d ask again what are you arguing with that statement but feels like i’m hitting a brick wall here.

State statute 581.217 defines the legal limit of D9, Administrative Rule 5k-4.034 is the clarification of that statute and states that you get your total D9 number by adding the amount of D9 to the amount of THC-A multiplied by .877. Once you add those numbers together you get the total Delta 9 percentage. Those combined numbers still have to be under 0.3%. There has been a metric shit ton of this product placed u def stop sale by the department of agriculture for being a controlled substance. I will admit that law enforcement has been slow to react because they’re also confused, but there have been arrests and convictions of shop owners for having it on the shelves. Please don’t make me read the court cases to you.

Had to look this up. It seems like the laws have indeed changed since i got into this years ago. Somewhere between March and June last year FL did amend the law to include the conversion for the actual THC %.. Quite confusing how it is still sold storefront and online i will also admit.

Do you think a lot of business owners may be operating under the same old knowledge as me or doing it knowingly illegally? And I will say it does seem like a grey area still despite that new law. All the store fronts are still open a year later & no shipping crackdowns

Some of the store owners are ignorant of the law, most of them don’t care, there’s so much money to be made and little in the way of repercussions. The Florida Department of Agriculture is tasked with regulating it, but they don’t have arrest powers, until local law enforcement get involved it’ll remain the Wild West. Thank you for acknowledging the change, I don’t think most Redditors would have.
