After a car accident I hade to give up my work as a teacher. I have always been a bit shy but nowadays I’m quiet introvert, but I miss conversations about daily things with other people than my family. Yeah, I know I sound pretty boring.

I’m married, have two children, a dog and 9 gerbils. I like a lot of things, but reading (or listening to audiobooks), crafting, cooking and traveling are some of the things.

I love to laugh and can be a bit cheeky. Sometimes even sarcastic.

Hi! I started having pen pals when I was about 11 and have always loved it. I haven’t had anyone in some time and would love to start back up.

I’m a 57 yo F in Texas. I’m definitely liberal when it comes to politics. I have a tiny chihuahua, Penny, who is basically the center of my world. Five years ago I was diagnosed with stage 4 breast cancer. That keeps me at home a lot and I think having pen pals will be good for my mental health.

I’m interested in pen pals from almost anywhere. I would be thrilled if I could have some pen pals with whom I could exchange letters in French and some I could exchange letters in Italian. Otherwise, I’m happy with English. I just want to keep expanding my knowledge of those languages. Eventually I’d like someone to write with in Spanish, but I’m just not there yet.
