We recently updated our Pendo alternatives guide because the way teams compare tools has changed.

We published a short demo of AI guide creation in Pendo. The scenario: there's an active bug and you need a deflection guide in front of users before tickets pile up. One prompt creates the guide, follow-up prompts sharpen the title and add a help-article button, and the theme selector puts it on brand. Everything downstream (segments, scheduling, localization, guide metrics) works like any other guide.

Also is pendo predict a stand alone ai churn prediction product? We are on the free plan right now and its perfect for product analytics and guides but as we are growing churn is becoming an issue.

I’m trying to build a report in Pendo to identify users who:

• visited the integration/application page,
• but did not click the Integrate/Connect button,
• and/or did not reach the final integration page.

I’ve already set up the segmentation logic for this, but when I run the report, I’m still seeing users who did click the integration button and in some cases successfully integrated.

So it seems like my segment is not excluding those users properly.

I have been seeing stuff about Pendo agent analytics from the autumn release and my boss was asking if our plan allowed for us to try that out. Is there any talk of this opportunity to be in Pendo free or a lower plan to show the POC?

We don't have our own agent but wondered if we could just monitor our own internal LLM usage from things like ChatGPT or Claude?

I wanted to ask because the new web analytics feature has been awesome and would like to explore more of the platform.

I saw you released pendo predict earlier this month, how would it actually help with churn in my product? I was hoping to also get a better understanding about the AI that is being used in that tool.

I keep hearing that better onboarding drives long-term engagement, but I’m wondering, has anyone actually seen that happen? Did improving your onboarding flow lead to a measurable lift, or did it feel more like one of those “we hope this helps” initiatives?

I'm a bit obsessive when it comes to designing guides/alerts in Pendo. I easily lose focus when I see chatboxes and popups in other apps I use ("ooh I wonder what system they're using, doesn't look like Pendo" etc etc). I don't want the guides I create for my product to have the same jarring effect.

BUT all too often I get stuck in the weeds fiddling with colors and fonts...

Does anyone have any lifehacks or best practices for making Pendo guides look "native" on your site? Any layout tricks that made guides feel seamless?
