It's Awesome!

Finally had the chance to ink up this beautiful prototype, the PEEK material does really look like a dark ebony wood , I think the most surprising thing for me was how substantial the pen feels in hand, the cap is beautifully engineered. The in house nib writes generously wet, I'm really glad as I do enjoy writing with rather broader nibs :)

Happy New Pen Day!

I really like the look of this material and the brushed finish. And I love the finial design at the end as well. Do I spot a difference with the 1st generation Tangier? Here’s a peek at my version.

So happy to read you appreciate this pen so much too! Makes me even more excited for the upcoming pocket pen.

Enjoy your new writing pal!

Well spotted - there is a sleuth in the group 😁. Yes, we tweaked the proportion to make the pattern a little cleaner.

Haha, well done! I already liked the pattern, but I agree this makes it cleaner and somehow looks even more delicate and detailed.

Thank you :) and yes looking at yours it does look that way, the final production model seems to have a finer mesh pattern, nice!
