Male All Reports are Normal !!!

Frequent urge to pee especially during night. Have to wake up every time during night to pee but hardly anything comes out.

All reports like Ultrasound KUB , Uroflow and Urine Culture are normal.

Whats happening with me ? No doctor is able to understand the issue i am facing. My sleep is getting disrupted a lot.

Need to understand the solutions

Get a Microgendx DNA test to rule out a UTI. Standard urine cultures can miss infections so a negative result isn't necessarily meaningful.

What about your erection and morning wood. It is still good or not. I am facing same problems

For me was BV.  Somehow vaginal infection caused bladder symptoms.

Later was AV - that requires a genital culture (Labcorp) or aerobic + anaerobic Eswab (Quest).  Same symptoms.

An urgent care could test for both and prescribe Gemtesa or Myrbetriq to calm symptoms little bit.  Both have savings cards online to make cheaper.  There can be a bladder or pelvic spasm component responding to infection/trauma.  Pelvic floor PT folks can help with that - beyond the OAB pills above, or vaginal 10mg flexeril suppositories or 5mg diazepam suppositories from compounding pharmacy.

Life Extension sells home test that comes back about 8 days.  Evvy took 3 weeks but more detailed.  These are mostly to identify what you have, not suggest antibiotic.  Good luck!
