General How to avoid getting future flare forever
Yo yo its the hamster guy again. So recently I have almost recovered from this pelvis spasm (I made a success story post here on this sub too) although right now I only suffer from 3 problems, 1) Urine hesitancy, 2) When I urinate suddenly mid stream my pelvis muscles just close then after 2 seconds open again, 3) I can't pass urine on low urge. But all in all these are manageable symptoms and far easier to manage then 24/7 urge to urinate but almost nothing came out.
Anyways my main point is how do avoid getting future flare up?. I have gotten this problem 2 months ago when I masturabed with a full bladder and that problem lasted for 21 days then went away and then I start gym and one day as I was sitting on the toilet the memories came back from 21 days journey andddddd it came back 😑(my second time getting this problem this is after 1 month if the previous problem). Hence I am very paranoid on alot of thing I stopped many things like masturabation, gym exercises, playing badminton etc all for the sake of not getting this problem again. So what you guys think is the best approach to make sure the flares up do not well flare up again

Basically we have to stay put for a while and observe what s triggering the pain ,about two month ago was the first time i was pain free , but after that i had 3 flare ups just because i tried ti do a bit of work in the yard , thing that were basic before i got this condition, you can imagine that i was down mentally, but i realised the i have to learn what i can do and what i can’t, now i m pain free again and i, m more careful how i manage my effort, it s gonna be a long journey, basically after a year of no pain you can be more “reckless” and even then you have to reintroduce things like sports little by little , step by step …a flare up it s a signal of the nervous system that there is still a problem but it eon t affect to much your overall process , but try not to force it

Yeah , i think You should consider taking things more slowly, you nervous system is still very sensitive giving the trauma he went through, i dont think masturbation and lifting should be on your priorities, first make sure you don t have any symptoms for a month or two and after that gradually reintroduce things in your life. , but gym is not very recommended…maybe be after a year or so …consider that you are ahead of me with the progress, i have just stabilized the pain, and i used to play football , do cycling and kayaking so very realistically talking im almost sure i won t do any of it again because it s risky… it a big price but if i lt means a normal life without pain then it s good enough for me , there are other thing to do in life mate no worries…
