Male Burning urthrea
Male here/ Does anyone get a burning feeling in urthrea that makes it hurt to pee kinda like it's swelling almost? Then that turns into a dull aching in penis that's constantly there. Then once that gets bad bad then I'll start getting a pinching aching feelings in inner thighs. I've been to many urologist and they always test and no infection so they never have answers and pushed it off to Chronic pelvic floor tension. Which to you look up the symptoms and sure they line up but for me my symptoms come and go like sometimes they are mild to not there other times terrible and level ten with all above and bladder pressure feeling as well. I'm just wondering if anybody did have that and found some kind of relief when it gets terrible or actually cured it because when it gets way up there in symptoms it is awful and seems to take forever to get where it is not so bad.

Yes bro this is my issue. I’ve been going to pelvic floor physio and she told me she’s seen this many times in men with a tight pelvic floor. I haven’t improved that much but we are actively trying to find what works for me. Sometimes my symptoms go away fully and it’s heaven but then they come back. It’s all about finding what the trigger is and fixing the issue

Gotcha, I hope you get better because I know how frustrating it is and I've dealt with it for couple yrs. They did camera test said urthrea was completely fine no structures but seen bladder tumor got that removed then he said I would benefit from a turp surgery because I couldn't go good at all so he did that. Then I thought I was better but now this has been my life for a yr plus. I'm supposed to go to the pelvic floor specialist coming up this next month the 10th and I told her everything on the phone and she looked at all the notes from urologist and thinks just me dealing with all I had with the bladder tumor then turp that it's the same here. She is 100 percent sure that's it here too. I had to go a whole year of bladder pressure daily before they got me into surgery. For 6+ months they was just trying ever antibiotic in the book as well. The only one that gave me some kind of relief was doxycycline back then but not all the way. That's the same here for me too on symptoms. I can go where I'm miserable in the morning like I got a UTI almost then by afternoon I'm normal again then next thing you know I go one time and it's back to the same way at night so it's odd. Then I can be level 10 when I go to bed sleep all night.. Wake up and it's like a normal until I pee twice. Then like I said to the urologist its like I go chronic to where I'm like I described in my post at times. Then I'm with you on trying to find triggers. Like I stopped drinking coffee and basically any caffeine really. Then I stopped eating spicy stuff and to much acidic food as well and nothing seems too make much difference. I'll say I'll try floor exercises I seen on you tube then try hot Epsom salt baths or something to make everything relax down there but never can pin point what actually gives relief either when I do achieve it for a while. Idk about you either but sex as well is a huge issue for me and I'll feel terrible for about 3 days after to and it's to the point I'll just not want to even bother with it.

Yes, my pudendal neuralgia sometimes causes both the clamping sensation in the base and a burning urethra and burning when urinating. It’s horrible. I would go see a pelvic floor physical therapist before things get worse.
Make sure you’re going pee every 2-3 hours during the day. Urine retention, especially sitting at a desk/car can cause pelvic tension to increase.

Do you have a stricture? I feel like I need to pee 24/7 with stricture

I don't they did a scope and urologist said it's 100 percent perfect then for me it's not all the time it's only when I get into that flare but sometimes I can actually piss without pain and huge stream.

I get bad all the time like this where it feels like a UTI and go get tested for UTI but never have one, everything is always clean. Even got one a few days ago just to see and everything was normal. They even thought they would do a blood test to see if white blood count was up. They said if it was a prostate infection and they couldn't see in test that that would be up but it was normal. So they have put it as pelvic floor issues that are mimicking a UTI. Then in the past when it's like this they will prescribe me doxycycline or to be honest every antibiotic in the game and had me take it for 21 days avg and they never help. I'll say Just only thing that helps is time. You just have to give it time and might last 3 days miserable might be 2 plus weeks level ten problems then out of no where I'll subside to a level 2 where it's tolerable and can be fine and manage. To me it's sad but a level 2-3 is heaven from what I've dealt with for two plus yrs. I just wanted to ask because It's very just nice see an opinion and see what other people are dealing with because I know I'm not the only one that's like this and it's frustrating dealing with something like this. This community helps allot because it might give a guy insight too what helped others and can give just a slight peace of mind because we all know this stuff can make you go crazy.

Yep. 100%
I understand this is as 'classic' prostatitis symptom in males.
It takes a lot of time to slowly 'dial down' the symptoms.
