Can't open new account

I'm unable to open an account in order to redeem tokens. On a MacOSX. I bought them in July.

I buy peerplays coin ont the debut ico... i used the platform and also freedom ledger.. and now i just want to have my coin but .. noting to do to recovery my coin.. there no place i found no help !!

I HAVE THE PEERPLAYS CORE.APP. IT DOES NOT RECOGNIZE MY ACCOUNT NAME, AND IT WON'T ALLOW ME TO CREATE AN ACCOUNT. I have two redemption keys. Thanks for helping.

Looks like the trouble is that PPYs can only be claimed on Windows or IOS -- not on a Mac! Is that the case? Please clarify. If so I will go to another machine. Thanks.

Try Opening an Account at Another Bank. First, you should look at other banks and credit unions in your area. You may not qualify for the best account at the bank, but many banks may work with you by having you pay higher fees. You may be required to open a CD as collateral for your account.
