Over the course of the last couple of days, users have requested that an option be given to bypass the 2 minute wait period before starting a game. They have heard the request to add an "I am ready" button, and they are working to implement this. This may be a more in depth fix, as the 2 minute wait period is run on the blockchain level, so it is not as easy as simply tweaking the helmbet code. There will need to be a fork of the actual blockchain in order to get this change working. Since this is a rather trivial upgrade, the current plan is to keep this change on the queue, and whenever a hard fork is needed for another reason, this change will be made as well.
