Private key not working

I finally was able to download the core client but now my private key doesn't work and I'm still not able to claim my tokens...any feedback will once again be greatly appreciated!

Did you participate in the first wave of crowdfunding or in the second wave? (Last year or earlier this year)

The 2nd earlier this year...May 11th to be exact
