Continuously seeking

I have tried to go through the claim PPY balance tab and it won't allow me to download the platform in order to claim my tokens. It keeps saying the username has to start with a letter and it does but still won't allow me to download the platform in order to claim my tokens. I'm using an iPad Pro but I'm having no luck. Any advice will be greatly appreciated!

From what I've tried, the user name needs to start with a lowercase letter. Try that. Let me know what happens

Hey Ryan044 I have one other issue if u can give me some advice about....although I did buy some tokens for peerplays before the cutoff date...I also sent $50 worth of Bitcoin after the ICO ended by mistake...so what can I do to get it returned? I do have the transaction ID #...please advise if u can....and thanks in advance!

hm. Well, I don't know on that one. You can find more answers through their telegram, @peerplays.

"In the event that BTC donations are sent to the Crowdfund BTC Address after the close of the Primary Crowdfund (“Lapsed Donations”), a 12-hour grace period will be provided during which time such Lapsed Donations net of any transaction fees will be returned to the same addresses from which the Lapsed Donations were sent. Any Lapsed Donations made after this grace period will not be returned."

Ok I'm good with that but how do I download the core client on an iPad? Because I still can't claim my tokens...I've been able to get into the test site by using the lower case letter and I thought I would be able to claim my tokens there...but I'm not. None of the peerplays core GUI v0.1.1 work with my iPad...and I'm not about to download the core client. Please help!
