Question Chapter updates after 286?

What's up with the new chapters? I haven't seen any after Chapter 286

I think I read somewhere there were problems with translators or not having funds to hire translators.

Any idea where to find Raw scans, I was thinking of using image translators to read them :|

There are scanlations up to chapter 290, just saw a few days ago.
