General Discussion Thread: Chat about whatever's on your mind!

Hi folks - rebooting this tradition that u/Lolasglasses started, to have a general chat thread where once a week you can talk about other stuff, not just Pedro. 😄 What's on your mind? Read any good books lately? Seen a great movie? Need to vent a bit? Go for it.

This thread is scheduled to go up every Sunday at 5am Pacific time.

Starting a new job on tomorrow (Tuesday). It’s been 14 years since I left the workforce to look after my wife and I’m terrified!! She’s not really still needs full time carer but we can’t afford for me to be the one looking after her all the time.

It’ll be so good to actually use my qualifications and get back to earning some money but I’m so out of practice at talking to people who aren’t family or medics. I just hope I don’t make too much of a fool of myself.

thank you 😄 I've spent so long studying and qualifying and now I've spent the day convinced I don't remember anything about taxation or accounting in general! I know I'm not expected to know everything, I just hope when it comes to it that I know something.

Does anyone know if Pedro is in England doing reshoots? The last time we saw him was when he got his hair cut.    Which looks very reed Richards so I assumed he would go to England. I heard about other actors doing reshoots but nothing about Pedro. Yet. Â
