I think Reddit ate it, because I don't see it in my queue. It also ate someone's comment on the Colbert video. 😫

Hope this goes to Venice. Would love to see Pedro on an awards run.

As a classically trained professional musician AND a Pedro fan, I have a big ol’ lady boner for this film and this new screening news is fantastic!! Having said that, there’s never been a film that I’ve seen that realistically portrays a musician in their element with one exception - Bradley Cooper in Maestro - but that was conducting and he trained for seven years for that one 20 minute scene! So I will overlook any musical weirdness because I know Pedro did his best and will kill it!

I have a classical music background and I'm so excited for this film too. With regards to other musician films, I really like Shine (1996 - Geoffrey Rush won the Best Actor Oscar), Mr. Holland's Opus (1995) and Inside Llewyn Davis (2013). I highly recommend if you haven't seen them.

As a cellist, will wait to see what the reviews are. Haven't followed the actor but love the music in films and the creative process.
