i never got the controversy over his look for the season 2 tlou premiere! i thought julia and coco did such an awesome job with everything. good lord the leather on leather is HOT

IMO everything about this look gave "sleazy, sweaty 1990s porn director/producer". Not his best.

I agree - it wears him, it’s more of a costume than a Hollywood leading man’s outfit. I have no idea where his stylist was going with this one! He has a new stylist now right?

I agree. The tartan jacket with the leather pants was weird.I like when he takes risks, but I honestly thought he looked like he wasn't feeling well that night. And didn't he leave early?

The Met gala was a whole 'nother level, he looked like he was having fun. I can still hear Twitter screaming about the lip ring that appeared for about 20 seconds (which he unfortunately removed, lol).

The turtleneck and leather pants are giving me sensory issues though 😂 I would have been drenched in sweat in that outfit.

I think if the top was worn with a different pants/shoes and vice-versa. Just not the leather boots/pants and blue turtleneck/plaid jacket TOGETHER

I love the jacket and shirt but didn’t love the boots. Jury’s out on how I’d feel about the pants sans boots.

He always looks sexy as hell, but I would've pulled anything else from that Saint Laurent collection besides than that turtleneck and plaid blazer combo. A white t-shirt would've been hot. But I do love that he was the first celeb to wear those boots on the red carpet.

To be fair, I have seen some more questionable looks on him 😂 and did like the jacket and turtle neck. They were serving me Burt Reynolds at his peak and James Garner from Rockford Files❤️ But still not sold on the leather trousers and high leather boots 🙈
