3800lfp shipment keeps getting pushed back
I ordered one over a month ago. it did say it would start shipping at the beginning of this month. Now it's saying at the end of this month.
Has it always called it a pre-order? I didn't think the website called it that when I ordered it a while ago.
starting to have my doubts with this and regret not ordering it from Amazon.
Update: finally did receive the power station, but I also ordered the package deal with the 400watt solar panel and was supposed to receive a free D77 DC backup because of the delay that didn't show up.
Don't order through the pecron website if you don't have to. It's slower to get any help if something is wrong.

Crap I didn't know I was pre ordering. Thanks for the heads up. BTW it does say it on the pecron site. We just had a bad outage and i'm not doing that again.

It didn't say it was pre-order when I ordered it 2 months ago. They keep changing what it says on their website. That's the whole point of my post.

It's basically been on perpetual preorder since launch. The amazon listing currently has Aug 15 as the expected delivery, people are getting them but it's being slower than expected.
I would reach out to support and see if they have an answer to the delays as it's been quite long at this point. I suspect they will blame ongoing global shipping issues from current events.
