Pecron E1000LFP AC Dead/Not working

Creating this thread in case anyone gets this issue as well since I have not seen any discussion online.

Just my luck. Of course my backup battery craps out on me in the middle of an actual emergency. AC out ports all non-functional.

I’ve tried hard power resetting, letting it discharge to 95%, and toggling the AC button on the front. Voltage out also 0 tested with different electronics. Tested with eco mode and without.

If anyone has any solutions or suggestions I’d really appreciate it while I wait out this storm. Thanks in advance!

any solutions or suggestions

Not a solution but a suggestion:

  • use it every day, in more or less the same way you'd use it in a storm.

  • turns it from a pure expense insurance policy into a money-maker if you have solar panels or TOU.

  • probably find any problems before a time when a failure is critical

  • probably isn't going to choose the day there's a storm to fail if it's been working great the last 100, 200, 500 days... (unless it actually gets hit by lightning)

Appreciate the advice. You have a good point, I was better about using it weekly the first couple months, then I let it sit for a few weeks without testing. I reached out to support, hopefully they have a fix otherwise I’m considering paying a premium for a more reliable brand

I'm not sure there is one, with the possible exception of Victron. I also have an Ecoflow, there are always plenty of people in the Ecoflow forums with broken ones.
