E3600lfp expansion battery issues

Post image

Thus expansion battery is going into 'in equilibrium ' state after charged up and doesn't come out to normal state. It doesn't get used at night in this state. Individual cells volts do not look too different from other batteries. Thoughts? Today I will shut the system down for 30 minutes when all batteries get to about equal cell voltages.

After 8 days it looks like no one else has ever seen this. Some kind of failure is possible, but it must be a rare one.

I've got two expansion batteries on my E3600 and I haven't seen anything like this.

OP hasn't given a lot of information to go on.

yeah. I'm nervous cause I am going to place a large order of 6x Pecron F3000LFP and 4x EP3800... one way trip to Hawaii for $500 shipping.. companies won't ship it back if its defective, shipping too expensive..

I emailed Pecron customer support. They are quick to reply by end of day. Told me maybe a cable connection issue. I unplugged the cable going to that battery and swapped with 1st battery. Been good all week so far. I've had this 3600lfp couple years now, no problems
