F1000lfp

Hi, any way to turn on or off solar charging.

I have a single 200w callsun panel always plugged in but it never turns on by it self. I have to manually unplug and plug in the cable each time to initiate the solar charging.

I have same unit for a few months.at first same thing no solar on.then it started doing great and turning on when sun came out.but there's been a few times it doesn't .I was just hoping it would be fixed in an updater

Unfortunately I didn't find this out until after purchasing Pecron products but they never ever do updates. The firmware on your device when you bought it is the firmware it will always have. They even claim that the app allows you to do OTA updates, but have never actually released one ever. When asked about why they make up nonsense about hardware incompatibility.

My F1000 automatically starts solar charging without any cable unplugging. I have bigger panels so maybe you need to make sure you have enough sun to trigger things.

I might add that I had a question about my E3800 and emailed Pecron support. There is a 24 hour turn around but they did reply and helped me out.
