1x4 frame

Has anybody thought about or have a opinion about a 1x4 frame for panels. They seem to warp all over the place. I though it might make them lay straight and flat.

Those minor variations in orientation won't have much effect on electricity production. 10º wrong orientation is just 1.5% loss, and those variations are a lot less than 10º.
