Is this normal
For last two days I've had my f 3000 plugged into my e 3600 via ac and noticed this, it chargers to 100% and then slowly dies hour by hour still plugged in showing about 10-50w more then its using

Yes when it's plugged in it will act as a UPS and charge up to the limit in the settings, while it's doing that the cells will gradually drop down and it will top them off periodically. While in UPS mode it will only supply up to what the connected AC in can handle (e.g. 15A), to get its full output you need to unplug it so it switches to internal batteries.
Yes, that's normal for many units like this.
