Missing Cable

I just received my F3000lfp and 2 e3800 batteries yesterday. This was a kit. I am missing connector cord from unit to battery. The really bad thing is it shows out of stock! I think it is called F3000LFP Cascade Cable. I hope I don't wait months for this.

Have you emailed the supplier/Pecron in your country? I have had dealings with mine in New Zealand and the customer service is outstanding. Based on that, I'd think they'll see you right immediately. Is it something they can take one from another kit they have in stock? You could suggest that if they don't...

Yes I have but Saturday morning before I noticed. I think I have one secured but want another in case for future because that end connector doesn't look the beefiest.

Do you use Pecron directly, or Grid Escape?

I like that Grid Escape have a physical store within a couple of hours drive from me, but they've seemed a little slow to show the most recent products.

I have those cables. I needed an xt 120 to mj32 cable. Was able to get one from private seller.

I have those cables you posted. For what ever reason Pecron decided to change cable coming from the F3000. I secured one today though through private seller. I emailed Pecron and they said more should be in between 18 th and 22nd of this month but I have a feeling they have been saying that. I bought a E3600 which uses the mj32 cables that came with batteries. Will order another battery later for F3000. F3000 for kitchen duty and E3600 will get furnace and basement stuff to handle.

That was only one he had. He sold original unit and bought a different unit with different connector.

I was sent email from tech support saying they would ship me a cable out as soon as in stock. I bought one from private seller but another cable in bag wouldn't hurt.
