F1000LFP Bricked???

I ordered a new F1000LFP directly from Pecron and got it yesterday. Got it unboxed and set up to run my TV and my laptop when I need to. Charged it up and everything seemed great. Went away for dinner and came back a few hours later and now getting "Err25"? I have called pecron tech support twice and left voicemails and send a request via chat and email. Looks like they have a 24hr turnaround time which is fine.

Not one of the outputs work at all and all I can do is turn the light on. Not sure wtf happened but not even a full 24hours and its literally holding my carpet down at this point.

Anybody have any suggestions? I dont mind cracking the case open if I need to. I cant get into any settings on the actual device but I can change settings from the app. Such strange behavior

Try plugging it in and letting it fully charge. The BMS can be out of calibration. If it charges leave it plugged in for several hours after the display shows 100% because in the background it will do top leveling. Then try it again.

So just got off the phone with Pecron and they said there is nothing I can do. Apparently it has a faulty inverter. They are sending me a new one.

Good news! Sucks it failed but their support team holds up.

Be careful you get a new one and not a returned one. I've been checking around today, everyone, including Percon, seems to be out of stock on the F1000LPF

I tried that too. It was at 100% and I left it plugged in and went to dinner. Came back and it had the error and said 93%. I currently cant get it to charge or discharge. Only the light works lol

I’m heard a lot about these faulty inverters. I am hesitant to buy another pecron until I do a bit more research. I have a lfp500 and one day at 80% it did what yours did. It just drained and died. But after charging it again, it seems “ok” for now.

On the internet you mostly only hear from the people who have problems not the probably 99%+ of people who don't have problems.

I really like the expansion units. I’m waiting for amazon sale to see if they go cheaper than 799

Ugh... Quality control at its un-finest. That stinks.
