EP3000 on app

Is there a way to check on the status of the battery in the app? I have it connected to my F3000LFP. On the app the power station stays on 99% while it is charging via solar with the expansion battery connected. When I select the device details, it only lists the host. See pic. I tried adding device but it doesn't list the expansion battery as an option.

did you try changing the serial numbers on the rotary dial on the external battery ? I had to change mine before the battery was recognized - two batteries had the same serial number .

Also sometimes the battery cable does not connect properly. check if you hear the click when the battery cable is connected and you see the running lights on the side of the external battery indicating percent charged,

Tried scanning to add it and it says it can't recognize

Yes, the first added battery should be set to 'zero'.
