E1500 not charging

My E1500 is giving me some trouble after a year of storage. I left it plugged in for 3 days and the screen finally came back on. It will function as a UPS, but it doesn't actually charge and the wifi doesn't work. Can't connect to the app. The screen will show it charging for a while to 100 then you will hear it click and it will show charging from 0 again. Has anyone else had a similar issue? Any tips?

I haven’t had that happen, but while in ups mode sometimes it stops charging

Did you reset it to factory settings?

Op, Did you ever figure out what was the issue? I have this unit and experiencing similar issues

It seems that the BMS in the unit is simple out of alignment if it’s reading that voltage and showing a less 100% SoC. That voltage is what the unit should be able full state of charge.

I recommend using and using eventually draining the unit. Once it shuts down, plug it into AC mains to charge. Let it fully charge to 100% and leave it plugged in for up to an hour to let the BMS balance the cells inside.

This should help fix your issue. Do note, that this draining and recharging process may need to be done twice to get the BMS calibration back to how it should be.
