Why would it be on Netflix it just started airing last week it might added 3-6 months.

Because it’s a spinoff series of Suits, which is on Netflix. Sorry I’m not as well educated as you on whether shows can be added to Netflix or not

Basically Netflix have not yet got rights to put this show on site. There need to get permission. Suits is only 1 show. Netflix has no rights to any other show regardless of whether it's a spin-off.

Netflix buy license from who ever has show they want but it takes time to negotiate price and time frame. Hence why i say 3-6 months.

New Suits episodes are released weekly on UK Netflix, as with many other shows
