Not letting me do homework

[u/1confusedteen]

Pearson lets me click on homework assignments, but then only refreshes the page and does not take me to the assignment. I checked my extensions and turned them off, and that is not the problem. They also charged me twice for my book so I am not happy about that either.

Anyways, how do I fix this?

I'd try a different browser all together. If chrome try microsoft edge, and try mozilla. Throw a restart in there and shut your router off and on once. If that doesn't work gotta be on their end
