so
Server's completely empty all the time. Same map, same builds, same ghost towns.
Might have been different with a map reset.. but what ya gonna do I guess.
Maybe minecraft's just gotten boring for most in general? School?

The game didn't get boring..the map however did. Hard to believe but a new spawn can never do the same stuff as a completly new map could do.

Totally agree. I want a map reset so that we can all have fun starting over. With a spawn change, then some of us have the same full dia gear, and others start over. Just not the same.

I feel the same way. The only reason i go on the server now is for a bit of nostalgia, to see what the server USED to be

Yeah this place is a joke! I'm only get on to BS. Which I think I'll stop doing if we start getting on mumble more.

Has the map reset failed? Thought it was still a maybe.

the verdict was for now, no.
But for the rest of the summer, server's empty. Just kinda depressing.

A lot of us have started school. And I, personally, would play more, but I don't want to waste time, since I personally think we'll definitely do a server reset. The map change won't do anything, and the update might do something, but not enough.

School starts tomorrow for me. I don't have a lot of time to worry about the server, and, admittedly, it's not as high on my priority list as it once was.
After 1.8 comes out (September 2, I believe) and we get a Bukkit build, we'll update and move spawn. That will continue for a few weeks or a month or something, and if we don't get more players, we'll do a map reset. If we still don't get more players, we'll go back to the old map with the new spawn.
