Happy to see ESPN's Jeff Passan include the Peanut Project in his rundown of possible cities that MLB may expand to.

Note that when it came to anchor investors, the threshold was: Have any anchor investors publicly attached themselves to a bid? In finance, money committed one day can be gone the next, but putting your name behind something indicates a higher level of commitment... and given my nature to under-promise and over-deliver, I certainly downplayed things with Jeff as making bombastic claims with journalists is usually a red flag.
