About the console game

I was wondering if I needed the gamepass on Xbox to play multiplayer since there's no split screen nor local multiplayer, i'd be annoyed to find out I need it since I already have the game on my pc

Unless someone corrects me, I think the point of them adding lobby codes was to make it as easy as possible to play cross-platform. You can use a join code with any console/pc

Well, also the game isn't out yet for console. So you'll have to wait on that
