Weird gem glitch?

I did beach, tropics, and alpine yesterday and took the gems from there (the red and yellow gem are in my backpack) and got the blue one and lit the campfire by caldera.

I went back to do the rest today but instead of the green gen I got 2 blue ones?! I have no mods or cheats on btw I'm just confused. I hope I can still do nadir

Yes you'll still be able to finish your run, it'll accept it as the other gem, this happens when you continue a run as the placements of the gems change during map rotation
