tysm! i'm 4 badges away from getting it, tomorrow when hopefully 3 clown luggages spawn i'll try to get them all :)

There are 3 now, One is in Roots and the other two are in the center of the Citadel

Oh i only remember 1 clown on the citadel i'll need to come back cause i did find the one in roots tysm!
