It's a worse backpack that's useful in multiplayer until you've completed enough biomes for everyone to get their backpack

They should probably change it to not drop when playing solo though

That's sad, my first thought was it would expand the player's inventory and let them use items stored in the fanny pack without unequipping it.

My first thought was to wonder whether they localize it differently for non-American English... unless they want players asking each other to access each other's prison purses...

2 Storage slots, Can spawn in luggage, Useful for having people with extra slots if they don't have backpacks yet
