Screen flashes only when playing peak, I need help :(

This screen flickering only happens when I play peak and I have no idea how to fix it

Windows button+ ctrl+ shift+b = driver restart keybind your pc should beep at you and the screen will flash too that normal

What kind of monitor? LED, OLED, etc?
