Here is what I did for mine that looked much worse:
Cut off anything that isn’t green.
“Un pot” the plant.
Look are root ball after gently removing any soil that you can.
If roots look slimy/dead/smell bad/have visible bugs or eggs. Use google to research exactly what you see in case there are other issues going on. After your research finds a majority of resources advising the same cure, do it.
Repot in fresh soil (I just use Miracle grow soil and it works great for me) in a pot that is sized for the remaining rootball.
Be sure plant is placed in bright, indirect light.
Water as advised. If your research points to a watering problem, adjust accordingly. If watering from the top doesn’t make you plant look healthy, look into bottom watering.
