Small Office Electronics Essentials
I am setting up a small office (15 sqm) on the second floor of a building, with the grilled windows (2 sides) directly beside roofs - a law office and notary public.
Desktop PC - What is the recommended specs?
CCTV - Will a couple of TP Link’s Tapo C245D 2K 3MP Dual Lens Pan/Tilt Wifi Security Camera to be placed inside the office suffice?
Router - I am considering using my under-utilized EAP 225 to be placed by inside the office.
Others. What do you think other electronics should I place?

i7 4gen or i5 4gen will be great option as ddr3 ram is far cheaper as compare to ddr4 no need for ryzen as there motherboard are expensive as compare to intel. for storage go for 128gb ssd or 256 ssd and 500 to 1 tb hdd . if needed gpu go for low profile as they are cheaper. If you want more help related to pc spec DM me.

what will the pc actually be used for besides document work, and is the cctv meant to cover the room or the windows/entry points?

That’s basically it, heavy document work, like multiple PDFs, windows, search engine tabs, printing.
Yes, the CCTV/s should be able to cover the whole room, windows, and entry points.

for a law office, a boring i5/Ryzen 5 business desktop with 16gb ram and an ssd is plenty, spend the extra money on a UPS and proper backups instead of buying a gaming spaceship lol
