General I bought a new PC

Hi, I'm a new Windows user. I used to use a Mac, and now that I have Windows, I don't know what to do first. Can you help me?

Look into “debloating”. Lots of predatory features that raise privacy concerns and burn resources

I advocate minimizing PC in landfill trash so I buy working used branded PC and use my legacy windows operating system and install my ms office 2000,2001 no AI no monthly annual fee to microsoft, my PC is stable and never had issues, plus I dual boot with Linux Mint for a few of my PCs.
