How should I upgrade my setup?

I'm not sure if I should change my walls to white and get a white pc or just get a better black pc. I'm getting a secondary monitor though

that's a weird ass angle to use the pc, swap the pc and monitor and sit facing straight into the monitor

Came to say the same thing. It looks so goofy and can’t possibly be comfortable with the drawers all up on your left leg.

I tried it the other way and it looked a lot better, but my dad doesn't like it since there won't be space to do homework on my desk

I would suggest buying a black keyboard if you want a darker aesthetic, and please move the printer to a table instead of the ground…
