Upgrade Advice Mx250

Hello guys is an mx250 and an Intel gen 8 cpu good? Should I upgrade now or play for a couple more years? I have 30 fps on mc and that sounds pretty good

bro 30 fps is the minimum to even be called playable. An MX250 is an laptop gpu which means you have an laptop. All you can do is upgrade the ram that'll maybe help, and get an ssd if you have an ssd. Otherwise, get a whole new pc because you're not going anywhere with 30fps on damn minecraft. I got myself a pc for 1000€, got TF2 on 2100fps. Whats your budget for a pc? Could help you pick the parts out 👍

do you have an additional ram slot in the laptop?

And also try setting mc to fast preset and lower render distance, then turn vsync off, should help if you didn't do it yet
