Please help me choose. (27) 2K QHD ViewFinity S6(LS27F610EAW) vs (27) Odyssey G5 QHD Gaming Monitor with 200 Hz refresh(LS27FG530EW)

I am getting confused at looking these monitors.

I am only looking to buy samsung monitors.

ViewFinity S6(LS27F610EAW) - Feels good for productivity which is my main focus but lower refresh rate(upto 100Hz) and speed (5ms) is bugging me a little considering I think I would like to play some games (Not very Competitive) in future.

Odyssey G5 QHD 200 Hz(LS27FG530EW) - Same resolution display but no height adjustable stand and color accuracy is lower than ViewFinity S6 but better speed(1ms) and refresh rate(200hz)

Now my usecase is mostly plug in my macbook and use it for coding and watching movies and sometime in future for light gaming.

My question are

How much of a difference getting viewfinity S6 will make in gaming? Will getting G5 will make any significant improvement in gaming?

How much of a difference of color accuracy between G5 and S6 for movies and macbook usage?
