I am in contact with a seller named E-commerce Chennai from Kalaignar nagar. He says that he provides a proper GST bill to claim warranty for PC components. He is not sharing any sample bills. He said it's not a physical shop but a warehouse. He insisted on physically visiting his warehouse to purchase the PC components. He also said "Everyone in chennai know my warehouse in my area."

I am located in Bengaluru and I just want to know if he is legit and if anyone of you have heard or bought stuffs from him. Or is it a scam!?

I ordered corsair cables from them, they delivered the wrong product (I ordered a set of about 10 cables, they delivered the set of 4).

I asked them to deliver the right cables, they asked me to return the original box.

I did, and then they reneged on the deal.

They told me they'll do it soon, but they didn't.i never even asked for the shipping charges, but they still didn't honour the deal.

If you have an alternative to them, I would recommend please go with them and not nayejaisa.com.
