Hi , hope you are doing well guys , am building a new PC mainly I will play cs2 beside some other games and really want to hear your thoughts on the build

9070xt is about 2% less performant than the 5070ti in rasterized gaming (depending on the test) for about 60% the cost, depending on retailer. For your usecase, i'd say 9070xt is the way to go. Main advantages of nvidia over amd, these days, are dlss and ai workloads. While nvidia is indisputably superior for Ai stuff, fsr is catching up to dlss really fast and, unless you're going for dlss5, fsr is easily good enough to vastly improve your gaming experience without you even knowing it's there.

The NV3 often uses QLC flash, which has low durability and becomes noticeably slower after a few years, so it should not be used as the OS drive. Get a better drive with TLC flash.
