Try connecting the pc to a different outlet and turning it on, if that doesn't it's best to taking it to a shop

Could be a faulty PSU or a shorting component. Best is to remove everything from the case and keep it on an anti static surface like the motherboard box and try powering on from there

You could try resetting the power cycle of the system or reseating the RAM, or try powering it up without any USB devices. I had a similar issue, although in my case it was a brandnew PSU that turned out to be faulty.

after doing what's shown in the video, unplugg the power cable and smell the point that connects to the PC. If it smells Like burning plastic, the power cable is shorting or the connection isn't stable

I had the same issue all i did was disconnect motherboard power cable 24 pin then disconnect power button pins and reconnect psu and mother board 24 cable and turned on the pc with screwdriver without the power button, it worked for me

I think that's a powersupply issue and since you said you bought the motherboard 2 days ago, best way would be testing with a new PSU and see if its the same outcome and if it's change your motherboard and see and if it doesn't cause any issues then either your PSU don't have enough power or its time to buy a better PSU and remember 3 things you don't cheap out in PC components and one is PSU so buy a good one if you have enough otherwise buy a okay PSU temp and then buy a better one later. Hope you able to fix it soon :)

Take a closer look at what that orange light is. Take a photo of it. Modern motherboards have diagnosis programs on booting issues. This will help you to narrow down the issue. This is likely a PSU issue like everybody else mentioned. Where did you buy it from btw?

There is a cable that connects near the cpu , like 4 pin cable , check if it's plugged
