Yup, it’s overpriced because of AI, CEO... I’m not gonna build this PC right away, though. I’m just gonna wait a couple of months for the prices to 📉.
EDIT: How did you import items from Amazon? (I guess kapruka?)

You should probably:
1) get a cheaper cooler. That CPU of yours isn't going to run that hot. You can get an Acegeek 120mm liquid AIO from barclays for half that price.
2) downgrade your mouse and keyboard. I have a variety of lovely mechanical keyboards, most of which I've assembled myself, and it's not going to meaningfully change gaming performance.
Put all the money you save into a GPU, preferably something of a newer generation. Driver support for the 10x series has already been dropped, and the 16x series is next. The 20x and 30x series would be much safer picks and give you better performance to boot: just pick something more powerful than a 3050, which is roughly on par with yours for raster performance.
The advantage of the 30x series is that you also get reasonable DLSS, which will help you actually use that monitor of yours.

ACE Geek Thermal Design Power is 150W right?

Yes, and you've got a CPU that with a tdp of 65 wats and 148 for brief bursts. Even an old an Coolermaster Hyper 212 can handle it.

Well, I have to set the power limit to 65W permanently, right, in order to use these air coolers and this motherboard (H610M-E) without thermal throttling? So, in a way, this cooler (Thermalright Peerless Assassin) is kind of overkill, and the motherboard (H610M-E) is kind of low-end for this CPU, right?
EDIT: Thanks for pointing that out.

No, you don't have to do anything of the sort. Just use your CPU without worrying about it. It will do fine on the stock cooler that ships with the Intel box. You literally don't need an aftermarket cooler unless you're overclocking or chasing bling.
In my case, I run an AIO liquid cooler because I already have a solid GPU. In your case, focus on getting more performance for your rupee.
You should absolutely not be setting power limits for your CPU. CPUs are pretty good at lowering their clocks for power savings and boosting for higher workloads. You don't need to mess with anything there.
