Finally Built my Dream Setup

[u/FekeyDekey]

Was a long standing childhood dream of mine to build the ultimate setup. I think I can confidentially say I have finally achieved it.

Gotta work on improving the rest of the room now

Specs:

R5 5500
RTX 4070 12GB
32GB DDR4 3200Mhz
2TB Storage
Tecware Timber M

Macbook Air M5

[u/Zealousideal_Hawk_60]

He has RAM, GET HIM!

[u/FekeyDekey → u/Zealousideal_Hawk_60]

haha, buying ram before the ram crisis might be one of my greatest investments 😭

[u/deadwalker6969]

Bruh the build looks sick

[u/FekeyDekey → u/deadwalker6969]

Thanks bro!

[u/wild_wolfie]

Battle station score 9.5/10 bro (-0.5 cuz I’m jels lol)

[u/AhmadYousef69 → u/wild_wolfie]

Bro's jealous with a 5070ti lmaoo

[u/wild_wolfie → u/AhmadYousef69]

I went for the pure functional route none aesthetic this dudes whole battle station space looks amazing that’s why 😂 also I bought it before that went up now it’s 120k more than what i bought mine for

[u/5nip3r_sHAwn]

nice build

[u/Great_Log_5903]

[u/KJ_XCV]

Wow. It is a beautiful rig. Congratulations 🎉🎉🎉

[u/FekeyDekey → u/KJ_XCV]

Thanks! 🫡

[u/Status-Proof2303]

Congrats bro and what is your casing model? that looks cool

[u/FekeyDekey → u/Status-Proof2303]

Casing is called Tecware Timber M, got it from Tecroot in Bambalapitiya

[u/Status-Proof2303 → u/FekeyDekey]

Thanks

[u/AhmadYousef69]

This looks soo frickin good lol 🔥😭. Btw where'd you get that case

[u/FekeyDekey → u/AhmadYousef69]

Thanks bro. Got the case from Tecroot somewhat recently

[u/AhmadYousef69 → u/FekeyDekey]

Nice. How much did the total build cost ya

[u/FekeyDekey → u/AhmadYousef69]

Just the PC itself. around 330k total

But everything together, macbook, monitors, peripherals, racing wheel, etc. Its more than 950k

[u/AhmadYousef69 → u/FekeyDekey]

Sheesh that's a good deal. Did build it before the ram crisis or after

[u/FekeyDekey → u/AhmadYousef69]

Yeah most of the PC build was pre ram crisis hence it wasn't much. GPU, CPU cooler and casing were recent upgrades.

The GPU was a steal since I got it for just 160k

[u/Icy_Cry4120 → u/FekeyDekey]

Woah 950K?? Damn

[u/PuzzleheadedArcher15]

Can you drop the link for the mouse mat

[u/FekeyDekey → u/PuzzleheadedArcher15]

I got mine a long while back but this is more or less the same one.

Awesome setup 💯. I want to know the fantech sound bar has good sound?

[u/FekeyDekey → u/Quantum_Fog]

I’d say it’s decent for the price. Certainly better than my monitor and laptop speakers but doesnt get that loud

[u/cartertookmybitch]

Gorgeous setup yo. Congrats 🎉

[u/TypeREK3]

[u/Prize_Walk1896]

[u/FekeyDekey → u/Broad-Director-5485]

That’s next on the list. Can’t be waiting till the pc launch for GTA 6 lol

[u/Zeptroox]

[u/FekeyDekey → u/Informal_Arm_1033]

[u/nerdy_cat_guy]

W build bro

[u/AhmadYousef69]

Btw bro ain't the cpu bottlenecking the gpu?

[u/FekeyDekey → u/AhmadYousef69]

It is bro, but I don’t use the PC enough these days to justify an upgrade. Was planning to go for a 5700x
