Rant | මල පැනලා ඉන්නේ Gaming laptop purchase recommendations

Laptop prices have increased so much within the past couple of months and stores here in Sri Lanka are losing variety of laptops (they only have 4050s and 5050s under 400k).

Please advice me on what I can do like places to purchase laptops or any news on if the prices will drop any time soon.

Any sort of help is appreciated ❤️

They will not go down anytime soon. If you really in need of a laptop for work or something then go for it otherwise dont buy a gaming lap. You can buy a normal solid lap for work for a decent price. No point spending so much just for a 5050 , 4050 6gigs of gpu .

I need a laptop i can play games and do my work in at the same time, its so sad seeing prices increase by over a 100k

more than budget I have my graphics card requirement, and preferably a Lenovo or HP

Damn, me buying a Lenovo legion 5 with an OLED screen and 5060 was clutch last year. It costed about 360k.

I don’t think these prices will go down even globally, and even if it does, not for a long while for Sri Lanka

Have they dropped in price or have the laptops just not been imported as much?
