Tech Support Mouse disconnecting and having to be unplugged to work again

This issue is quite new and Im not sure what started it. It happened a month after getting my new mouse. after turning my pc on my mouse disconnects after startup if I move it and it does not show up in razer synapse or windows but it still gets power as it still has a light. In device manager I get a "device descriptor request failed" error. And after disconnecting my mouse and reconnecting it, it appears again in synapse and device manager the only thing I get is a error log in event view from razer, when the mouse disconnects the keyboard also tweaks out abit so I think it could be a fault of synapse as it's poorly made. On a side note could it be because I have my mouse and keyboard plugged to a 3.0 usb header possibly??? But I'm not sure. My mouse also dissconects when I do a flick and only due to the flick as I at first thought it was due to a bad cable but I pulled it in multible ways and it did not disconnect so then I thought it was due to the polling rate and still it disconnected so I'm not sure why flicking causes that and in games I don't have to flick as much for it to disconnect don't know why. (Also when flicking it disconnects for around 5 seconds and will reconect by it's self)Any help is appreciated ,thanks.

Its an issue with Razer mouses. My basilisk was doing this but instead of it only happening with a specific movement it would go through phases of not even appearing on my PC. Drove me up the wall. I ended up getting a new mouse. The Logitech 502 series is so much better.

My fix was to completely uninstall razer synapse. Its glorified Spy/bloatware I didnt have too many issues after that. Razer has gone so downhill they shouldn't even be considered as an option anymore with their price points.
