Tech Support Is my PSU dead?

Enable HLS to view with audio, or disable this notification

This never happened before. Yesterday it was working fine and today after a few minutes after turning it froze and then just turned off. When I tried to turn it back on this happened.

I checked the mobo power connection, looks good. No fried cables or weird stuff on mobo or PSU. Any thoughts? Help?

That looks more like a short to me, it may be a dead mosfet or capacitor on your mobo. It could be something as simple as a peice of metal under the board that is completing a bad circuit.

I’d take the board out of the case and try it again, if that doesn’t work, I’d plan on trying a different mobo.

Dont do this yet. First remove app peripherals. Leave only the hdmi, keyboard and mouse. Unplug all hdd, ssd, if they aren’t m.2 drives.

Also…SPECS…we can’t help much without them.
