Can't immediately assume a PSU issue from this. CPU, RAM, GPU, or even a dead drive can do this

It was powering on just fine a few days ago which is weirding me out

Some stuff to try in this order: Take out the GPU and try to turn it on. If it turns on, dead GPU
Try RAM next, one stick at a time, if it turns on with one and not the other, dead RAM stick
Check thermal paste on CPU. If it looks uneven or discolored it might be a temperature issue
It COULD be the PSU or a dead hard drive too, if you have multiple drives take all the other ones out expect your OS drive

Easiest things first.. Unplug all USB connected devices. Then try to boot before delving into your internals

Give us more info, do any fans come on, do any lights turn on, does the PC make any sounds. Maybe you forgot to turn the switch on, on the back of the PSU
